2. 商品の説明および個体差について

- 環境への配慮: 可能な限り、リサイクル資材などの持続可能な梱包材を使用する場合があります。
- 制作仕様: フローラルテープ、曲げ可能なプラスチックワイヤー、グルーガン等を使用した構造が含まれます。
- 個体差: 同じデザインであっても、色、質感、形状、組み立てにおいて個体差が生じることをあらかじめご了承ください。
3. 写真と実物の差異について
商品写真はイメージです。光の加減、ディスプレイの設定、製造時期や手作業による組み立ての違いにより、実際の商品とは色味や質感、サイズ感が完璧に一致しない場合があります。
4. 配送および取り扱いに関する免責事項
配送の過程で、商品が多少圧縮されたり形状が変化したりする場合があります。細心の注意を払って梱包しておりますが、配送中に生じた軽微な変形や外観の変化（開封後に整えることで解消するもの）について、当店は責任を負いかねます。
- 破損・不良品: 商品が破損して到着した場合は、返金の対象となることがあります。到着後すぐに内容をご確認ください。
- 通知期限: 商品に破損、欠陥、または説明と著しく異なる点がある場合は、到着後7日以内に写真と詳細を添えてご連絡ください。
- 返品・交換: 返品や交換の可否は当店の判断によります。未使用かつ元の状態（梱包材含む）であることが条件です。返送費用はお客様負担となりますが、当店の過失と判断した場合はこの限りではありません。
- 返金: 承認された場合、返品受領後14日以内に元の支払い方法へ返金いたします。

- アクセサリー類: チャームなどの小物は、ご指定のスタイルに合わせてクリエイターが選定します。書面での合意がない限り、特定のパーツや厳密な色味の指定は保証できません。
- キャンセル: 確定・発送後のカスタムオーダーのキャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。
6. 注文、価格および支払い
価格はウェブサイトに記載されている通りであり、予告なく変更される場合があります。支払いは安全に処理されます。注文に適用される税金（消費税等）や手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
7. 知的財産権
画像、デザイン、商品説明、レイアウトを含む本サイトのすべてのコンテンツは、Beyond The Hedgeに帰属します。当店の書面による明示的な許可なく、これらのコンテンツを複製、改変、配布、利用することを禁じます。
8. 責任の制限

2. Product Descriptions & Variability
All product designs consist of artificial materials—such as plastic stems, leaves, petals, and other componenets—unless otherwise stated (such as if a listing specifies silk flowers, for example). Where possible, sustainable packaging, such as recycled packaging, may be used. Products may feature varied construction such as florist tape, bendable plastic stems, hot glued components, etc. As such,
variations in colour, texture, shape, or assembly between items should be expected—even within the same design.
3. Photographs & Actual Product Differences
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the final product. Colours, textures, dimensions, and overall appearance may vary due to differences in lighting, screens, manufacturing, or assembly.
4. Shipping & Handling Disclaimer
Products may become compressed or otherwise altered during the shipping process. While we package items with care, Beyond The Hedge is not liable for minor deformations or aesthetic changes resulting from transit—these often self- correct upon unpacking.
Refunds may be eligible if a product arrives broken. You must inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you believe the product is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photos and description.
Returns or replacements are granted at our discretion. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging (unless packaging caused the damage). Return shipping may be your responsibility, unless determined otherwise. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Custom orders may only be refunded or replaced in exceptional circumstances.
5. Custom & Original Designs
We offer both original and custom-designed artificial floral arrangements. Custom orders are created based on your specific requests.
These generally include colors (specific tones are not guaranteed), design style (such as “autumnal” elements), and additional accessories (such as “witchy” style charms and specific wrapping). While the creator always aims to create your custom design to your specific requirements, it is up to the professional and artistic discretion of the designer to arrange each of these elements.
Accessories, such as charms, are chosen by the creator based on the style that you chose. Specific items/arrangement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the creator, cannot be guaranteed (such as specific color shades). Once confirmed and shipped, custom orders are generally non-cancelable.
6. Order, Pricing & Payment
Prices are as listed on the website and may change at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely. You are responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties applicable to your order.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content—images, designs, descriptions, layouts—is owned by Beyond The Hedge. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use such content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond The Hedge disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
